Context

The aim of this training session is to showcase the variety of books, journals and tools we provide to support leadership, management and personal development. These resources may currently be underutilised due to lack of awareness amongst staff.  

Learning outcomes

  1. Access leadership, management and personal development books
  2. Understand how to access relevant  journal articles within databases
  3. Become familiar with HSE leadership, management and change resources
  4. Promote  awareness of HR and Leaders’ toolkit available through the IMI
